Rotary is an international organization assisting in the Rise Against Hunger meal packaging program with the intentions to end world hunger by 2030. Leaders of Tomorrow
Girl Scouts is more than just cookies, crafts, and camps. With the help of a few community mentors, the "Take the Lead" program helps shape our new leaders for tomorrow - providing young girls with courage, confidence, and character!

What felt like symptoms of an asthma attack turned out to be much more for 37-year-old Amy Josar. After a trip to the emergency room at St. Luke's University Health Network ended with finding out she needed open heart surgery, Amy learned the importance of listening to the signs and symptoms of heart disease. Dr. Jose Amortegui joins us in-studio to speak more about heart health and awareness.

Following the death of her son, Prabha Sinha felt a strong need to give back. The Pratyush Sinha Foundation's mission is to teach children and adults transformative life-skill training... through yoga practices and mindfulness techniques.

Weight-loss surgery is life changing, with benefits ranging from managing diabetes to improving cardiovascular health. We followed Guillo on his journey to wellness with the help of St. Luke's Weight Management Center. Dr. Maher El Chaar joins us in-studio to speak more about weight loss surgery.
