Each year, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley brings together volunteers for a unique event designed to fulfill needs in our community. The annual Day of Caring sends a powerful, unified message of support and uplifts those needing a helping hand.
Lost Tavern Brewing

Execuhealth Program (St. Luke's University Health Network)
St. Luke's ExecuHealth is a one-day, individualized physical designed to fit the needs of busy people. After the comprehensive assessment, Great Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce President, Tony Iannelli, transformed his body and well-being. St. Luke's ExecuHealth lead physician, Dr. Mark Kender, and senior director of Fitness & Sports Performance, John Graham, helped Tony create a healthy future for himself. ExecuHealth lead physician, Dr. Dennis McGorry, joins us in-studio to discuss the program and how to keep health at the top of our to-do list.
Volunteer Spotlight
The recent hurricane devastation prompted Theri Crandall to help those whose lives were torn apart. Collecting much-needed food and water locally helped so many that were miles away.

Hawk Mountain, Line Dancing, St. Luke's Redcord Therapy
Hawk Mountain Sanctuary is a research, model observation and teaching facility all in one; Ashley and Mike throw on a pair of cowboy boots to learn how to line dance; Redcord Therapy utilizes an anti-gravity suspension system and sling based exercises; and a volunteer who "celebrates" her birthday every year by raising awareness and funds to give back to our community.

Hawk Mountain
Hawk Mountain Sanctuary is a research, model observation and teaching facility all in one. The world's first refuge for birds of prey, the organization seeks to conserve these creatures worldwide by providing leadership in raptor conservation, science and education.
Line Dancing
Grab your cowboy hat and boots and give line dancing a try! This line dancing class is the perfect place to meet new friends, get some exercise or just pick up a new hobby.


St. Luke's Redcord Therapy
Originating from Norway, Redcord Therapy utilizes an anti-gravity suspension system and sling based exercises. The treatment aims to restore functional movement by utilizing bungee-assisted exercises that allow for isolated and controlled movements. St. Luke's neurosurgeon, Dr. Daniel O'Rourke, and physical therapist, Michael Verdon, detail the therapy's success, while Alex Brown joins us in-studio to discuss advancements in physical therapy treatment at St. Luke's.
